1Move is a Fastag-powered toll management application designed to help individual truckers and fleet operators track toll payments, recharges, and trip expenses efficiently. While the app had the potential to simplify digital toll payments, it struggled with usability, lacked critical features, and did not offer a professional mobile experience. To bridge this gap, Wizgle stepped in to revamp the platform, transforming it into a user-friendly, scalable, and high-performance application.
1Move was initially developed but lacked essential UI/UX design elements, making it difficult for users to navigate and interact with the platform. The app failed to provide a seamless experience, lacked basic functionalities, and did not have the polished look and feel expected from a professional mobile application. As a result, user engagement remained minimal, and adoption was limited.
Wizgle took ownership of redesigning and redeveloping the 1Move app, enhancing its usability, functionality, and overall experience. We reimagined the UI/UX to provide a professional, intuitive, and user-friendly interface. Beyond just the design, we focused on improving core functionalities, making the app not only visually appealing but also efficient in handling payments, transaction tracking, and user account management. Additionally, we continued to lead the frontend development, ensuring ongoing improvements and scalability.
Our team also led the development of critical modules to enhance the app’s functionality and user experience. We introduced a Prepaid Card System tailored for logistics companies and employees, providing a flexible and efficient payment solution for fleet operators. Additionally, we implemented a Trip Management System, enabling logistics companies to plan, track, and optimize their trips seamlessly. To ensure a smooth user experience across all platforms, we also designed a Custom Payment Workflow for iOS, delivering a frictionless transaction process for Apple users.
With the revamped design and enhanced functionalities, 1Move saw a dramatic increase in adoption, with app downloads skyrocketing from just 52 to over 10,000+. The improved user experience and added features significantly boosted customer satisfaction, making 1Move a more competitive and scalable solution for both individual truckers and large fleet operators.
